This week was busy with a fun picnic lunch and LOTS of cake layers for 2 spectacular cakes!

🏁🍌The Monster Jam cake was banana with cream cheese frosting.

👑🍰 The wedding cake consisted of 4 tiers (red velvet, raspberry dream, banana and lemon blueberry)

🧺🥪 The picnic lunch included a chicken pesto sandwich, fresh fruit, kettle chips & a strawberry hand pie.

Last week we found ourselves back in Fowler for another great Pioneer ribeye dinner. These appetizing 16 oz ribeyes were accompanied with baked potatoes, salad and dinner rolls.

Our weekend has come to an end after catering a beautiful wedding at The Barn at Sioux-Monti.

The newlyweds chose to start their guests off with a simple appetizer spread consisting of stuffed mushrooms, Mac and cheese bites and an assortment of pinwheels.

Dinner was served buffet style with bbq pulled pork, marry me chicken, twice baked potato casserole, southern green beans and tossed salad.

After the meal, guests were treated to a spread of assorted cheesecake parfaits in traditional, lemon and turtle flavors.

The festivities continued this morning with a send off brunch to celebrate the happy couple one more time.

Congratulations to the newly married, Mr & Mrs Diener! 🤍
