Hackberry Hollow Farm is 80 acres along the Big Sioux River 5 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD. We sustainably grow 9 acres of fruit trees,berries,grapes,hops, heirloom
tomatoes,melons and 24 varieties of vegetables here and have 7 acres of melons near Woonsocket, SD.In the spring of 2012 we built a Certified kitchen on the farm
where we bake 12 different varieties of 10" mouth-watering pies.We sell

all our products at the 101 year-old FALLS PARK FARMERS MARKET in Sioux Falls on Sat. During the winter our pies are available at Market on Phillips and 2 upscale restaurants in Sioux Falls.

Our Story

Hackberry Hollow Farm is 80 acres along the Big Sioux River 5 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD. We sustainably grow 7 acres of fruit trees, berries, grapes and a few vegetables but now major in sustainably harvesting downed hardwood trees in our back 23 acre forest. We have our own sawmill where we cut hard-rock maple, willow, black walnut, ash, hackberry, elm, mulberry, boxelder, juniper and cottonwood into live-edge slabs that are used to make various one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture. Last year we remodeled an old horse barn into a studio here on the farm where one can shop for wooden treasures as well as original paintings by appointment only or go to our website at: hackberryhollowfarm.com
