Fuel your gains with a chocolatey boost! This Protein Mug Cake, made with Model Dairy milk, is high in protein, easy to prep, and perfect after your workout. 💪🥛
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
3 Tbsp Model Dairy Chocolate Milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp flour
1–2 tsp sweetener or honey
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions:
To make a Protein Mug Cake, mash a banana in a microwave-safe mug, then stir in protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Gradually add milk until the batter is smooth, and top with chocolate chips if you like.
Microwave on high for 50–90 seconds, or until the cake rises and sets in the center, adjusting the time as needed. Let it cool for a minute before enjoying warm, either on its own or with toppings like nut butter or Greek yogurt.
