The PEAK Prime Plus has a 12V direct power design for safe and efficient power consumption, faster startups, and greater pellet fuel economy! The 13.5-inch peaked lid provides enough space for a stand-up chicken or a dozen racks of ribs. Keep an eye on your food through the grill window without letting smoke or heat escape. It comes enabled for rotisserie mounting and has a collapsible front shelf, interior grill light, and strongly reinforced grates. Hang grilling tools from the utensil hooks on the side convenience tray. Sense-Mate, a thermal sensor, constantly monitors the ambient temperature and kicks the grill into Turbo Mode in cold weather, so you don’t have to wait long for the grill to heat up! Other features include a USB charging port (will not charge USB-C devices), Keep Warm Mode, and Fan Only Mode with automatic shut-off to blow ash out of the firebox after you finish grilling. The hopper has a window to keep an eye on pellet usage, a door on the back for easy cleanout, and a bottle opener. The Venturi-style firebox is lined with vertical vents, creating a burn pot cyclone of airflow for maximum heat distribution and complete combustion of the pellets with minimal waste. A motor turns the auger to feed pellets into the firebox. A hot rod ignites the pellets and a variable-speed fan keeps them burning. A heat shield creates an even distribution of heat and smokes through the grill chamber. Control and Monitor the grill with the GMG iOS or Android WiFi Smart Control App. Connect through your local home WiFi network in WiFi Mode, or remotely through Server Mode to control and monitor on the go. Adjust the grill temp from 150°F to 550°F with 5° increment control. Monitor food temps through the food probes. Set a food timer or control the power to your grill.
