Sarah started baking and decorating cakes in 2005, when her oldest son Nicolas was turning one. Since that first cake, she went on to add her other son Nathan, and her many (many, many) nieces and children of her three best friends, over the years. The kids' requests got increasingly more elaborate and complex, and Sarah's skills had to keep up! Sarah's now created over 125 custom cakes, cupcakes

and other treats for birthdays, weddings, baby and bridal showers. After all that practice, Sarah decided she really loved this gig (even more than her regular job of being a geologist) and decided to launch a small business making cakes.
