Our short is now in Trentino Alto-Adige. Today's specialty is another staple of the region: Canederli (or Knödel). This specialty, like many others, is influenced by middle Europe and it has different versions depending on where you are in the region, like the size of bread or the ingredients added. As said in the video, there are many local pastries such as Spongarda and spongada, Amor di Polenta and many more; notable is the sweet version of Polenta e osei in Bergamo.
