We’re honored to have won four of six categories in the Nevada Craft Brewers Assoc. People’s Choice Awards! We were named Favorite Nevada Brewery, Favorite Nevada Taproom, Chukar Chaser Czech Pils won Favorite Nevada Seasonal B**r, and matched together with Able Baker Brewing for the most wanted Nevada brewery collab. Can you handle it? JAWOHL! Extra pale German malt submits to the North’s assertive Noble hop character and bitterness, sharpened by high sulfate, moderately hard water from the Gypsum deposits of the Northern German Plain. Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittelfrüh do the talking: floral, light, crisp up front, and dry enough on the finish that your mouth’s already open for the next one. Ready for another? Jawohl! This one is coming in at 5.1% ABV and 40 IBU is tapped and ready now.

Celebrate Oktoberfest this Saturday with authentic, scratch-made German food so good you’ll swear you were in Bavaria. We’ll be serving Sauerbraten, the national dish of Germany, featuring tender beef covered in sweet-tangy gravy; as well as housemade Brats and Kraut simmered in Schussboom b**r. Both come loaded with warm German potato salad with bacon and onions, traditional German Spaetzle, and red w**e braised red cabbage. To top it off, we’ll be serving Black Forest Cupcakes for dessert.

Our schedule for Oktoberfest is here, and it’s going to be our biggest one yet! This Saturday, come dressed in your dirndls and lederhosen and get ready to party down. Enjoy scratch-made German food, compete in free chugging and stein holding competitions, enter the adult and kid’s costume contest, and dance to live German music by GBD Brass Band and First Take OomPah. It’s shaping up to be a gorgeous day filled with fun, food, and b**r.
