What a nIce day today to take a drive to Dayton Nevada. Lunch menu of grilled Tri-tip and chicken sandwiches. Our homemade mustard and egg potato salad. Caesar salad with toppings. Thank you for having us and all the warm compliments really made our day.

Some more pictures of Xmas party we did. All the food prepped and cooked onsite. Our own turkey stuffed mushrooms and meatballs topped with marinara sauce and Parmesan reggiano cheese. Grilled chicken wings done 2 ways with our special dry rub. Thank you for having us help you and making things easier.

Another busy day for Pockets Grill with appetizers on the menu. Trinity from start to finish. Toasted baguettes with olive oil, blended onion and chive cream cheese, smoked Atlantic salmon with sprigs of dill. Second, is fresh tomato and basil bruschetta with garlic.
