So honored to have cooked for the whole month of May for this loving couple. Thank you Ellan and Dan for having made me part of your celebrations of unity in marriage! It was truly an honor. The menu: salmon poke cucumber bites, gazpacho, Tajin jicama mango salad, chimichurri Beef Roulade over Sundried orzo pasta, and peanut butter chocolate mousse cake.

Happy to have been part of another celebration! Happy birthday Susie!
The menu: Otoro Jalapeño Ponzu, Crispy shrimp and salmon roll, chicken wonton soup shooters, seafood jalapeño poppers, Crab & Lobster cake with a Hollandaise sauce, NY steak over truffle and garlic mashed potatoes with a side of ratatouille. And for desert a nice dark chocolate tart with a berries ice cream sorbet. Thanks to the collaboration made with with this laborious delicious dessert.

Love that I get to be part of my clients’ vacation home experiences and that along the way we get to celebrate more birthdays in style. With that said this menu was one of my favorites to make!
The menu:
•Cucumber Salmon sashimi, salmon roll, and chicken vegetable gyoza.
•Mango Goat Cheese Salad
•Mushroom soup
•Filet Mignon over Au gratin potatoes, and Ratatouille.
•Orange Creme Brûlées

Loved this Saturday’s getaway menu for my client and her guests. The Menu: Burrata cheese over heirloom tomatoes, garlic bread with a balsamic reduction and basil pesto, goat cheese pear salad, raspberry intermezzo, and a Demi short ribs over a sage and garlic mashed potatoes. And lastly for dessert: A lavender tree leches cake with a strawberry sauce and a orange Creme Brûlée.
