Koko’s Korean Teriyaki Chicken Skewers are marinated for over 24 hours in a homemade soy-based, ginger and garlic sauce. This allows Koko’s secret family teriyaki marinade recipe to fully seep into each tender, skinless, boneless chicken thigh before being cooked to perfection over an open-fire grill and served hand-wrapped for easy eating.
