It's been way to long. Curtis Dessert had a great day cooking up a meat feast for his Aunt Jane Beltran 70th birthday. Along with ribs, chicken, and tritip...we made street corn, macaroni and cheese, salsa, guacamole and poke salad.... too much fun and not enough pictures. The next morning Auntie paid it forward by cooking for all of us.... Good Times and Great people.

The wedding catering was a resounding success, with the bride and groom expressing their delight and declaring it the finest wedding cuisine they had ever experienced. I must extend my gratitude to my two sons and my wife, Theresa, whose invaluable assistance made this achievement possible. Theresa's contributions were instrumental in ensuring the event's success, as she skillfully decorated our BBQ area to match the wedding theme, efficiently managed dishwashing duties, and provided me with seamless support, allowing me to focus on culinary preparations. I am deeply appreciative of her willingness to collaborate on this large-scale wedding catering for 130 guests, and I acknowledge that this accomplishment would not have been possible without her support. Although the task was challenging, the flawless ex*****on was a testament to the power of family collaboration.

Curtis has been running around like crazy prepping for this super special couple's big day next Saturday! Curt whipped up his most epic batch of BBQ sauce yet... or so he says, but I gotta agree, it's damn good! Can't wait for everyone to taste the magic. He went above and beyond, brewing up not just BBQ sauce but also BBQ spice, Chicken Spice, and Veg spice. Oh, and let's not forget his legendary Corn on the Cob spice - aka Veg spice - that's so good, it's been known to make an appearance on eggs! Seeing him live his passion is truly priceless!
