Honestly, the energy at the shop is just different when a fresh batch of Mason’s Bae hits the freezer. Nick has been doing this for a long time, and the fact that he still gets this hyped tells you everything you need to know about what we’re putting in these trays.
It’s hard not to get excited when you’re looking at 50g of protein and that Tender Belly Habanero bacon. No seed oils, no shortcuts. Just the cleanest breakfast in the game.

Paleo Update. 🎯

Three years and seven months later… we got the permit Friday.

A whole lot of stretching, straining, praying, waiting, working, and persevering went into that moment.

This line from Oswald Chambers hit different that same morning:

“God continues to stretch and strain… until His purpose is in sight, and then He lets the arrow fly.”

Man… that’ll preach.

Also, it’s my 45th birthday today. 🎉 (if you’re on our mailing list, check your email🎁)

Time is short, friends.

One of the best quotes I heard this week came from Johnny Brisket:

“Procrastination is the arrogant assumption that God owes me another opportunity to do what I already had time to do.”

Don’t put it off.

Take the Sabbath.
But otherwise… get to work.
