We know we needn't tempt you any more than we already have, but if you select Local Pickup in the shipping options, THIS Cyber Monday purchase will be in your hands for Pizza Friday, and THAT is the best news we've ever heard on a Monday morning! 😁

As expected, tomorrow's holiday means we are taking some time off.
Hoosier Spoon will be taking Thursday and Friday to rest and be thankful for our friends, families, and indubitably, our awesome customers that have been so supportive!
If you place an order over the weekend, we will tackle fulfillment next week!
Don't forget to Shop Small on Saturday or at hoosierspoon.com on Monday! 😉

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, everyone!

When we were working on the rebrand, we took some really beautiful pictures of our products for the website. So we decided that instead of dropping another must-have utensil, we should create prints!
Because these are a new product, we created a limited selection and would be happy to hear feedback or requests for additional selections!
The prints are officially available on our website!

What's more fun than Uncle Bob asking about all your cool knicknacks and housewares at Thanksgiving?
Telling Uncle Bob that, not only are these coasters locally made, but the lighter band of the two darker ones in the middle... SHIMMERS!
*insert the gathering around the "good lighting" spot and the oooohs and ahhhs*

All of our coasters are a liiiiittle different, though there are some that are almost identical in the placements of the woods.
Do you prefer a MATCHING set or a "similar-but-different" set?

This is the last Stock Pot Spoon with the burn feature on the handle... It'd sure look good with a big red bow on it 😉

Wanna know what's scarier than all of the ghouls and goblins that are out trick-or-treating today?
Our saleable inventory is dwindling and some folks haven't gotten their hands on one of our spatulas or a pack of coasters.... 😳👻

This picture is a glamour shot from a table we created for a client about 2 years ago... This is a "favorite" for sure!

Does anyone know or want to guess what kind of wood this is?
This was milled at our shop in 2021 and has dried in that shop ever since!

Crazy to think that this wood was once a big, strong tree in Jasper County and now it is going into homes and gathering spaces much further than our little corner of the world!

From rough cuts of the basic form to the finished product all in one picture!
We definitely get a "dinosaur" feeling when we look at these... anyone else?

Sharing another video from our resident utensil wizard, Michael ( on Instagram)-- a unique sound and a very cool peek at the first steps of utensil-making when the wood arrives to our shop!
We are looking forward to creating and sharing more content throughout the process!
