A 1:30 AM start today to finish a very special order for Seattle Children's Hospital

Over 5 days, our team of 4 made 1,500 treats — 800 Samoan Pineapple Pies (Pai Fala) and 700 Butter Mochi Bites.

Lots of long hours and teamwork, with every single piece handmade with alofa ❤️We’re so grateful for the opportunity and grateful to be trusted with an order like this.
