Just one market this month:: The Columbia City Night Market on Saturday, January 20th from 6-10pm near the PCC.

Otherwise it’s delivery or pickup on the farm.

Sliced Bacon and Cottage Bacon - $17 per package (~1 #)
Bacon - ends and pieces - $14 per pound
Sausage Links (bratwurst, chorizo) - $15 per package (~1 #)
Sausage (ground) - chorizo, sweet Italian -$12 per pound
Sausage links - Bratwurst, Apple breakfast - $15 per pound
Chops, Steaks, Bone-in Roasts, and Country Ribs - $10 per pound
St. Louis style Ribs - $7 per pound
Soup bones, feet, organ meat, ect - $4 per pound
Lard and back fat - $1.75 per pound

I also have one more half ($8/ #) or two more quarters ($8.5/ #) available.

On Saturday, December 16th, I will be at Ten Trails in Black Diamond from 10am-2pm.
I’ll also be at the Columbia City Night Market in Seattle from 6pm-10pm. I am fully restocked on bacon and sausage so come get what you’ve been missing!

Seattleites! We will be at the Columbia City Night Market again this Saturday. There is always a great band, good food, and a beer garden so come down and hang out!

We'll be at Ten Trails tomorrow from 10-2pm. We're having our annual Valentines Day Sausage Sale. Get 5 packages of sausage links for the price of 4. Or we'll make you a custom mix of ground and links. Plus, we'll have pretty bags and tissue paper so you can wrap it all up and have it ready to go for your sweetie!

I have cute piglets on the farm, and I thought I'd make a fun "Baby's First Pasta" video, showing off all the delicious scraps we get from our friends at La Pasta LLC. But nothing is ever that simple with pigs. When Clarissa the Sow wasn't shoving me out of the way and video-bombing her babies, the babies weren't interested in actually eating the pasta. They wanted the Tall Grass Bakery bread.

So, I present to you "Baby's First Brioche Bun!" You can find a select assortment of Tall Grass Bakery products at both La Pasta LLC locations in Queen Anne, and Wedgewood, Seattle. The brioche buns pair quite nicely with our ground sausage, for a sandwich to knock your socks off!
