We have a very busy catering weekend ahead, so we won’t be at the Redmond Saturday Market or the Mercer Island Farmers Market on Sunday.

But you can still find us at the Issaquah Farmers Market this Saturday and this time, we’ll be there serving our delicious French crêpes! 🥞🇫🇷

When I first started catering, I had no idea where this journey would take me. There were long days, small orders, and plenty of moments when I wondered if it was all worth it. But I didn’t give up.
Today, Byblos Deli caters weddings and corporate events and serves thousands of people every summer across the Seattle area.
The biggest difference between then and now?
I didn’t stop.
Sometimes, success isn’t about one big breakthrough.
It’s about continuing when the results aren’t there yet.
