Benchmark Achieved!
1,000 CLUB!
Uncle Bill’s CornDog Shack is built for efficiency. When our crew reaches the 1,000 club, It shows efficiency, resilience, tenacity and grace as a unit.
It means we are one step closer to reaching our capacity of over 2,000 Corndogs sold in a single day.
Yesterday was a great test and great accomplishment for this group of ROCKSTAR employees!

In case you were wondering, here is what goes through our windows on a 1,000 CLUB day:

✅100 transactions per hour for 10 hours straight
✅500 pounds of beef and batter
✅600 pounds of potatoes
✅100 bags of Cotton Candy
✅180 pounds of Ketchup
✅75 pounds of Chicken Nuggets
✅1,000 smiles and a bunch of “That was the best Corndog I’ve ever had in my LIFE!”

None of it is possible without these goons!
I love you guys!!!
