Sausage and Snack Stick Sale:
Even though we are not having the Maple Fest this year, we are going to help the Seneca Lodge with their biannual Sausage and Snack Stick Sale. I have had many inquiries about if we are going to do this again in the spring. It is a little later this year, but here it is:

We are pleased to announce the return of the Seneca Lodge Spring Sausage and Snack Stick Sale, in conjunction with the Masonic Lodge in Republic. This event supports the lodge's charitable endeavors. Our distinctive Maple Pepper Jack Snack Sticks, combining pork, pepper jack cheese, and pure maple syrup, are perfect for enhancing your holiday celebrations. Along with this sale, we are offering 5 # packages of fresh ground whole hog sausage in bulk or link. The order period runs through March 28th, with product pickup on April 11th at the Republic Lodge from 10-11am. Alternative arrangements are available upon request. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with numerous repeat purchases. The prices are $13 per snack stick package and $25 per sausage package. Today might have been the last boil of the year??

We have been getting a lot of questions about our Maple Fest and whether or not we will be having it again this year. Unfortunately, we do this every other year, so this is an off year. We plan on having it in March of 2027. Thanks for all the interest and don't forget you can buy our syrup anytime out at our farm. Here are some pictures from last year's festival.
