Another fun week in the books at Shamble Studio in beautiful downtown Republic, Washington!
*I can now share the custom order mugs I made for end of year thank you gifts for my friend's son's preschool teachers. So fun!
*Lots of happy folks and lots of ceramics glazed!
*A full kiln!
*Sooo many donations! My friend Gail from Oregon City brought up antique leaded windows and a vintage printing press (thx Mike and Vina!) and lots of other mosaic, stained glass, and collage materials! We also got a magnet collection and other items. And stamps! I am getting quite a collection of stamps and need to start sorting them. ****see below
*A few big art sales for Ferry County Arts including my raven stained glass and a large Judy Jeffrey painting!
*One new stained glass in the window and at least one coming soon!
*We are expanding our gallery offerings ... and we'll have room for the ten or so artists currently on the waiting list for space as soon as the middle room is reopened! We have have recently added quilts, crochet and knitting, local authors, music, soap, and more cards!
****Ferry County Arts is a nonprofit. Stamp organizing, glass sorting, wire stripping are among the activities one can do to either earn studio credit or volunteer hours for SNAP benefits. Stop by during normal business hours to inquire!
