Our homemade Elderflower Syrup is back!

You've probably noticed all the giant white blooms along the roadsides recently. Elderberry is blooming like crazy right now in Georgia, and we've turned some of those fragrant blossoms from our property into one of our fav seasonal treats.

Made with fresh elderflower blooms, organic cane sugar and organic lemon, this floral syrup has a delicate honey-citrus flavor that's perfect for sparkling water, cocktails, iced tea, yogurt, and adding into your baking recipes.

This is a very limited seasonal offering for us, so once these 12 bottles are gone, they're gone. Come see us at the Downtown Calhoun Farmers Market on Saturday!

Took us long enough! We had inoculated wine caps into the pathways of our old garden, but had yet to do it at our new property. Feels good to have them back. Mushrooms are one of the coolest things we've ever grown, and you know we love a good "set it and forget it" crop!

We've just harvested my most favorite vegetable... FENNEL! Come find it at our booth at the Downtown Calhoun Farmers Market tomorrow. Don't worry, we've got all kinds of suggestions about how to cook it!

Far from a low calorie dinner, but this meal was nutritious and delicious! We used some of our fresh kale to create a sausage and potato soup that is comfort in a bowl. It was paired with some sourdough and a stellar bread dip from BD Greens (find him at the Downtown Calhoun Farmers Market for great microgreens and conversation). Remember to eat seasonally, y'all! It is the best way to receive the maximum nutritional value that your veggies can offer.
