Millhollow Millhollow Founded in 1983, we brought the first soft frozen yogurt to Southeastern Idaho, and later in 1995 we brought the first toasted sandwiches to Rexburg.

Millhollow is now the oldest home-grown restaurant in town. If you are looking for a unique, family-friendly atmosphere coupled with exceptional food, please come visit us! We offer a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, and soft-frozen treats. We are nestled in the center of town just two blocks north of BYU-Idaho.
