We are moving away from daily classes and instead we will be offering several specialized spring and summer camps!

The first one is about dairy cows may 28-30th 2 hours a day with a child drop off option for Thursday-Friday (ages 8-12 ONLY).

We will be making butter, icecream, cow paintings, and learning all about the amazing dairy cows in our area.

On Saturday we will have a field trip to see a local homestead with Jersey cows (parents are required to attend the field trip with their child as we do not offer transportation).

Meet bluebell and clover, our newest babies in farm school.

They say never lay down in a pig pen. General rule of thumb this is a very good piece of advice to follow.
Our kids and families in farm school will be invited into the Pig pen standing or sitting -but no one else gets to lay down in the pen- just for me.

However, with young bottle fed piglets being on their level on the ground helps them feel more secure. Inturn, yes, you must have strong firm boundaries so when the pigs test what you’re gonna do while you’re laying down, they learn you are not to mess with.
