Updates - steak packages are all sold, 15 pounds of ground beef left, both briskets left, and 3 roast packages are available.

This is the last of our beef until mid-April! We still have 1 and a quarter cow remaining for April processing, so reach out asap if interested! The rest of our remaining inventory follows. If interested, let us know what you’d like and which day you want to pick up. Thank you!!!

Hello farm friends!

We will have the following ready for pickup later this week (pickup anytime Thursday or after):
-Quarter beef, boneless steaks, $800
-Quarter beef, bone-in steaks, $800
-1/8 beef, bone-in steaks, $400
-Ground beef, limited supply, $6/pound
-Beef fat, about 30 pounds, $20

We may have a few roast or steak packages left, but need to get a few smaller orders taken care of to see what’s left.

Our next open processing date is March 22 - let us know if you’d like a whole, half, or quarter, or if you’d like your own custom package!

We still have two quarters of beef left - one with boneless steaks and one with bone-in steaks! They are each $800 and include a nice variety. We also have a roast package for $160, beef fat, and burger for $6/pound. We still have a little more to pick up from the processor, so once we get that and fill those orders, we may have a few more packages left! Let us know what you’d like and we’ll take care of you!

Update - one quarter and the steak package is gone - we have one quarter left, plus the roast package below. We also have beef fat, and burger for $6/pound.

Getting caught up on beef! Right now, we have two quarters (boneless steaks) ready to go for $800 each. We also have a boneless steak package for $250 and a roast package for $160! If you can pick up today, that would be even more amazing! We also have about 25 pounds of beef tallow if anyone is interested.

We have BEEF!

We have several quarters available, $800 each. Choose between bone-in and boneless steaks, and each quarter comes with a variety of roasts, chipped steak, burger, stew meat, and brisket half.

We also have several packages pre-ordered that we’ll get filled in the next few days! If you don’t want a quarter or prefer certain cuts, let us know your budget and preferences and we’ll hook you up!

Also, this will be our last round of beef for a few months. We are scheduling for April, so if you don’t need beef yet, make sure you get on the list for spring or summer!

Last call for a quarter or half beef in January! We had some folks go from halves to quarters, so we have some spots left. If we have an extra quarter or half that’s not spoken for, we’ll do some beef packages or make some 1/8 cow bundles. For what we have hanging right now (at meatheads), we are estimating right around $800 for a quarter.

Quick update - our beef boxes are sold out! If you still need a last-minute gift, we can always do a gift card towards beef, summer produce, hay, or straw!

For bulk beef - We keep adding processing dates - and have halves and whole steers still remaining for January! We have several quarters spoken for, but would prefer to do a few halves or wholes if possible. Let us know if you are interested! Edit - to give a price idea, the last several halves we sold have averaged around $1,650, which includes processing.

Update - steak package sold, let us know if you’d like a quarter, half, or whole beef!

Hey farm friends! A few beef updates… We have one steak package available for $200 (contents follow) now. We’ll also have a quarter that will be ready in about a week (estimated cost around $800). Finally, we were able to squeeze in a few more cows so we can catch up on our bulk beef - we currently have a whole cow left for late December processing (beef would be ready mid January). Let us know if you’d like a quarter, half, or the whole thing!

Spent some time cleaning out the garden today and have a fairly well-stocked mini barn! We gathered up all the remaining watermelons, cantaloupes, and fall squash. Photos were just taken, so stop by! Nearly everything is only $1 now! The only stuff we’ll have more of is cabbage, beets, and some peppers. For everything else, it’s gonna be a wrap!

A few other reminders/updates
*If you still have FMNP checks, use them up! Make sure you sign before leaving in the bucket :)
*We still have lots of burger patties and cubed steak left - still by 9 packs, get the 10th free!
*For bulk beef, January is filled up! We have 1.5 beef remaining still for February. Let us know if you want on the list!
