Under the leadership of my farm's tenants, operating as Cherish Creamery LLC, the goat dairy business is about to get much larger, moving to a model of wholesale sales and Grade-A. All you folks out there visiting this site, please forgive my seeming silence because I still do care about this place that is under the management of Cherish Creamery now. Please stay in touch with them to help their enterprise prosper and succeed. It's not hard to do because they make such great goat cheeses and yogurts that you will want to try.
