Saturday 10/24 join us for a trifecta of happiness as we celebrate the launch of our dear friend Lisa’s Lisa Przystup newest book with Phaidon and welcome the brilliant duo Constance and Damien as they bring their restaurant NATIVE from Lastres Spain to C. Cassis for one day only. As though you could even handle more Jenn super glou and the guys of NADA L e s S a l i c a i r e s - Vincent Lafage are doing a preview tasting of their generous lively wines.

It is open to the public and we’ll do our best to save room for walk-ins, but do make a reservation from our site if you want to ensure you have a space to be. Reservations are $10 and include a welcome pour and a pintxo. Books are also available for preorder there and there will be signing plus a chance of a few surprise performances.

We cannot wait, see you there 🍷

Our current colleague is moving and has done such a fantastic job of shaping an essential role here at C.Cassis. We will miss them tremendously, but endings are also beginnings! Their departure is opening up an opportunity for someone new to work at our beautiful farm with our kind, respectful, busy, supportive, and creative tiny talented team. We can’t wait to meet you.

Between Dolly dance parties, celebrating a decade of our friends Gatherwild Ranch , reading this summer’s best new poetry imprints, sending other friends off to a new adventure up north, swimming and biking and soaking up the end of August, we made a new cocktail for the bar inspired by our friend’s incredible shirt. It has no alcohol in it and is called Satan’s Cocktail of S*x and Drugs. The recipe is going out in today’s newsletter. You can drink it irl at our bar any weekend.
