This past week we vacationed as a family and took an airplane ride to Florida. Georgia has always been apprehensive to fly and we have not flown in years due to a previous bad experience. Part of Georgia's coping with her nerves, she made bracelets for the entire crew with United on each one and in the company colors. Each and every one of these crew members took the time to acknowledge her, talk with her and help her through her anxieties. She even got the chance to go into the cockpit and look at how the plane operates. From the bottom of this mom's heart, THANK YOU! From the smile in this picture it shows how much she appreciated their attention. They all went above and beyond for her. Thank you United Airlines. You made our trip a little bit easier! ,
