Happy Monday, friends! ☀️

We've been a little quiet lately, but we're jumping right back into our busy season, kicking things off with fair animals! 🐄🐖🐑

We are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming number of requests to bring your fair animals to The Butcher Shop. Thank you for trusting us with your hard work—we truly don't take that trust for granted.

Unfortunately, our charcuterie and meat & cheese tray maker is back in the hospital, so it'll be a little while longer before we're able to offer our beautiful trays again. She is itching to get back to serving this amazing community and doing what she loves (and she misses seeing you all!) ! ❤️

In the meantime, stop in and stock up on all your favorites, fresh-cut steaks, brats, hot dogs, bacon, jerky, and so much more!

We can't wait to see you this week and are looking forward to another great week at The Butcher Shop!

Hi everyone, it's Britta. ❤️

I wanted to personally let you all know that I was admitted to the hospital yesterday (Thursday) and will be having emergency surgery this morning (Friday).

Because of this, I unfortunately won't be able to stock the case with charcuterie, veggie trays, fruit trays, or meat and cheese trays, and I won't be able to complete any pre-orders for the holiday weekend.

If you know me at all, you know I'm incredibly stubborn and have tried my absolute hardest to work through the pain. I truly didn't want this to be the outcome, and I'm absolutely heartbroken knowing I won't be there making all of your holiday orders. I was holding onto hope that I could push through, but my body had other plans.

As hard as this is for me, I know that getting healthy has to come first—for myself, my husband, and especially my two little boys who need their mama.

I can't thank you all enough for the kindness, support, and understanding you've shown me and our family. It means more than you'll ever know.

I hope each and every one of you has a wonderful, safe, and happy Fourth of July weekend filled with great food, family, and memories. ❤️🇺🇸

We hope to be back in charcuterie making in no time! 🩷🧀
