San Bernardo Blue beans. Planted these along the garden fence. They competed with the gourds and deer, still a few made it to maturity. Next year I will treat you better.

Green tomato marmalade, using a lemon pulp pectin made from leftover zested and juiced lemons. Green tomatoes, thinly sliced lemons, organic cane sugar and lemon pulp pectin in the jar. After simmer the lemon pulp in a little water and straining out the pulp, the liquid was frozen in ice cube trays and ready for jamming or in this case marmalading. Last image is the lemon pulp pectin frozen cubes.

Rick is making a new coat rack. Our friend Olaf sawed a branch of black walnut from our tree. It will make a beautiful rack for jackets and aprons.
