Last Saturday’s ‘Blues in the Bottom: A 10th Street Homage to T-Bone Walker’ shared the oral and musical history of the 10th Street Historic District, one of the country’s last standing Freedman’s Towns, and its neighbor, The Bottom. Curated by Tufara Waller Muhammad, and inspired by … Gregg A. Smith & his Blues R***e Band, Tamara Peterson, and The Experience kept Eloise Lundy Park lit up all day! The community created mural will have a permanent home at the Eloise Lundy Recreation Center 🎨
