Due to unforeseen issues everything has been put on hold for a bit. One of the biggest issue is the entire website being deleted without a complete and true backup.

Here we go! Past the first week and all the mead is looking even more delicious by the day!!!

After time constraints and technical difficulties we are finally starting up again!!!! Texas honey is in the works...so excited to be using after tasting a few different ones!!!

We will be making 4 different flavors, which of course includes the Black Viking Habiscus Mulberry Mead!!!!

Godess of Lemons

A Lemon Mead

This mead has a beautiful golden tint like a sun goddess. This mead was all based on the golden sun color to complete the glowing goddess look.

Coming into its 10th month aging period it is infused with homemade candied lemons and yellow Pau D' Arco(yellow bark tea).

Both ingredients are good for inflimmation, pain, immune boost and much more! While you sip this semi dry wine with a tart ending, just think why not have my wine and benefit from it too!

Try adding it too your next mimosa for a nice twist on a classic. Or to cook with when roasting meats.

Black Viking

A Habiscus Mulberry Mead

Black Viking was our first mead ever made. Started out as a hobby learning about vikings and mead. These flavor ideas originated because of the deep red color to show strength/power and to compliment the strength of vikings shown in the label through their helmets. Habiscus is a versatile tea with lighter flavors to compliment the slightly sour punch of the mulberries.

This mead is entering its 10th month aging period. It has a slightly sour punch from the mulberry while a delightfully sweet ending from the rich golden honey. Perfect to have at your next event chilled over ice!

Exactly 1 year today!!! Time sure flies!

The first time we ever made mead and they all sold and have been consumed but this one.

The last bottle that will never be opened; it will always be a memory of where we started.
