Over his lifetime, founder Mike Guajardo suffered from migraines, at times often debilitating. After 40 years of trying to figure out the cause, Mike discovered that they were caused by a food allergy to raw and dried onions (cooked onions were fine)! As an avid lover of salsas and pico de gallos, Mike refused to give up eating them and instead focused on creating a cooked salsa full of flavor tha

Mike kept the salsa private for his own use, but over time, enough people loved the salsa and asked to buy it, fueling a demand that continues to grow. Today, Guajardo's Salsa is concentrating on growing the hand batch sales of the Five Pepper Sweet Salsa and the company.

Due to a scheduling conflict, I will NOT be at the Dallas Farmers this weekend Sat Jun 13th & Sun Jun 14th
Sam WILL be at the Saint Michaels Farmers Market this Sat Jun 13th from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

- Sam & I will be out of town from Mon Jun 1st - Thur Jun 11th. There will be NO DELIVERIES during this time, & limited shipping.
- To make it up to you, I will be @ the DFM THIS Sat & Sun for an off cycle market weekend; Sam will not be at any markets.
- There will be no markets on our normal market cycle Sat Jun 6th & Sun Jun 7th
- We'll make up the lost markets on Sat Jun 13th & Sun Jun 14th where I'll be at the DFM. We are waiting on confirmation if Sam will be at St Michaels Sat Jun 13th.

Hey All! I know it's been a minute, but I have some exciting news! Scardello Artisan Cheese is now carrying Guajardo's Salsa! They are carrying Medium, Double Habanero, & OMG Smooth and Chunky. Rich and his crew have the best cheeses to be found in Dallas, and great classes that will introduce you to wine, cheeses and meats you'll love. Go pick up your favorite salsa and try many of the cheeses he has on hand.

We're at the DFM Saturday & Sunday this weekend all day. Sam will be at the Flower Mound market on Sunday from 10-2. Note: I will be out of town from Tue 2/17 - Thu 2/26. Sam will make deliveries when she's able, but you'll want to stock up this weekend while you can!
