Man it's been a long time, but we're still brewing. Bottling a new bitters recipe tomorrow and starting an IPA on Saturday. Long live beer!

We haven't posted in sooo long, but October was not a good month for the Brewery. We had our first bad batch, a fermentation conundrum, but in the end we pulled off a pretty fantastic stout and an Oktoberfest that's still TBD on quality, but we hope for the best.

Hefe Off was a screaming success. It joins the list of other winners such as: 'Ampersand IPA', 'HTMaLe', 'Chops Better Bitters', and 'It's Kolsch in Here'. We have a free fermenter, What should we try next?

Our first Hefe was racked on Sunday, goes into the bottle tomorrow, and passed the first taste test with flying colors. But it still needs a name, and we're struggling with this one...

we're working towards increasing production...

Thousands of small breweries have sprung up in the past few decades, even as overall beer production has declined a bit. That could be a model for other U.S. manufacturers.

The Kolsch has been opened ahead of schedule, and has been deemed worthy. I can't wait to see how it tastes at its full 9-weeks of age, but I doubt any of it will last that long.
