Roedale Farm

10/08/2026

Eeeekk…Thanksgiving is NEXT MONTH! We are pleased to confirm that Holly & Jason are raising turkeys again this year, under their business Hollywood Enterprises. As always, their birds are raised with tender loving care right here at Roedale Farm and will be ready fresh, never frozen, just in time for your family's Thanksgiving celebration.

Based on past sales, they do anticipate selling out again this year, so orders should be placed ASAP, especially if you have a specific size preference. Based on availability, orders will be accepted through November 15th at [email protected] or call/text 315-750-5847.

Centralized pick-up locations will include: at the farm (east of Richfield Springs), Cooperstown, Oneonta, Whitesboro, Schuylerville, Ithaca, Avon and other points in between. Please note that a minimal delivery charge will be applied to all orders not picked up at Hollywood Enterprises / Roedale Farm.

Full details are included in the attached flyer, which you are welcome to share with family or friends that may also be looking for a fresh Thanksgiving turkey.

Thank you for your support of our small business!

While we won't be spending Saturday mornings in the park at the Richfield Springs Farmers' Market anymore for the season, our on-farm market is open everyday and we look forward to greeting hungry customers at 615 McShane Rd in Richfield Springs (town of Springfield, close to Van Hornesville)!

FARMERS MARKET CLOSED FOR SEASON

Due to business and personal conflicts, the Richfield Springs Farmers' Market has closed for the season. While we will not be set up in the park on Saturdays for the rest of the season, several of our farmers/vendors will be available at community events and/or their own farm markets...we look forward to seeing you there!

If you are looking to connect with a specific farmer/vendor or are looking for particular products, please contact Market Manager, Holly Pullis at 315-750-5847 and she will do her best to direct you to the appropriate farmer/vendor.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this season and we wish you a festive Fall and joyous end to 2026!
