Highland Farm Here at Highland Farm we sell red deer meat. Some may know the breed as red stag. Red deer meat has the lowest cholesterol of all red meats.

We have about 200 head in our livestock. This late fall 2011 we will be opening the Highland Farm Store. We will also be carrying specials in the store such as BBQ Ribs, Roasts, Hot Dogs, Snack Sticks, Jerky, Sausages: Andouille, Chorizo, and Kiealbasa. We will also take custom orders!
