One week down in Missouri, and what a week it has been!

We’ve spent the last several days getting settled into camper life, learning our new property, and beginning to make this place feel like home. One of the biggest milestones was moving our cows for the very first time on Missouri soil—a moment we’ve dreamed about for a long time.

While the days have been busy, we’ve also made time to enjoy the beautiful weather, explore our new surroundings, and spend plenty of time swimming with the kids. Watching them enjoy this adventure has made all the hard work worth it.

This week also marked the start of a new chapter in my nursing career as I began my new job. New places, new routines, and new faces can be intimidating, but we’re thankful for the opportunities ahead.

There are still boxes to unpack, fences to check, and plenty of work to do, but our hearts are full. We’re grateful for God’s provision, the beauty of the Ozarks, and the chance to build this life together as a family.

Here’s to new beginnings, fresh pastures, and the adventures still to come.

After a lot of prayer, planning, and heart-to-heart family conversations, we’re getting ready for a big change…

Our family is packing up our little farm in North Carolina and heading to the Ozarks of Missouri. 🌄

This place has been more than land to us—it’s where we’ve raised our kids, built our herd, and poured our hearts into growing a farm. It’s where our three kiddos have learned what hard work, muddy boots, and early mornings really mean.

But we feel called to something new.

The Ozarks will give us more room to grow, fresh opportunities for our animals, and a new chapter for our family. While it’s bittersweet to leave behind a place filled with so many memories, we’re excited (and a little nervous!) for what’s ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our farm here—whether you bought from us, encouraged us, or simply followed along. You’ve been part of our story, and that doesn’t change just because our zip code does.

We’ll be sharing the journey as we go—moving a farm, kids, cattle, and sheep isn’t exactly simple 😅
