Red Leaf Hollow Farms Red Leaf Hollow is our family farm. Our goal is to offer Vermont products that are natural, delicious and good for you. We use care in maintaining our woods.

Our Maple syrup is 100% natural, single origin; it comes from our woods only. We promote the growth of healthy trees by using time proven forestry methods. We NEVER use pesticides or fertilizers in our woods. This ensures a wholesome environment for our trees to produce high quality sap. In the spring, we collect and boil the sap from our trees using a traditional wood fired evaporator. (Wood is a

n abundant and renewable resource for us) We boil the sap until it becomes syrup. There is no other process. We simply boil what the trees provide. After the harvest, our syrup is stored in food grade containers, in a temperature controlled environment. (This protects the syrup and ensures the quality is preserved)

When we receive an order, we package our syrup by hand in small batches. This allows for one final quality check before we ship our syrup to you.

It’s not a Hometown Throwdown without a bottle release! 😏 You didn’t think we’d forget, did you? On Thanksgiving Eve, we’re releasing bottles of our 2024 BA Maple Kalashnikov, aged to perfection in Templeton Rye barrels for a whooping 56 months!

We took our Russian Imperial Stout, Kalashnikov, and conditioned it on luscious maple syrup from Red Leaf Hollow Farms to kick up its velvety decadence an extra notch. This barrel-aged beauty features aromatics of rich cocoa, black coffee, molasses and oak leading into complex notes of roasted malt, an earthy vanilla spice from the rye barrels, and a sweet richness of maple syrup. Perfect for sharing with good company this holiday season, this mouthwatering brew will keep you warm on those chilly Jersey nights.
