Our pop-up food trailer is for sale. $8000
-Licensed for transient food sales. I've kept things as simple as possible for ease of setup and tear down at events.
-2001 jayco trailer. I do have a title, not needed in WI as it so light.
-The interior is 7'x10'. The trailer itself is 7.5'x15. Pulled it easy with our Nissan suv.
-Construction is 2x4 with tongue and groove and plywood. Roof is metal
-covered service counter off the back with condiment shelf on the side.
-4 pin trailer lights and solar string lights.
-Blackstone griddle and #20 propane tank.
-spatulas, scraper, portion scoops.
-squeeze bottles
-soft coolers used for holding ready to sell burritos.
-2 coolers for holding prepped and cold items.
-cooler for bottled water.
-3 signs. 1 big sandwich, 1 small sandwich, 1 hanging chalk board sign.
-2 fire extinguishers.
-2 waste baskets
‐collapsible cart with 5 gallon bucket with spout for hand washing.
-bus tub, 3 1/3 pans that are used for the mandatory 3 compartment sink, soap, and bleach with test strips.
-2 napkin holders and napkins
- I do have some unused food stuffs that can be discussed.
-cash box and square reader.
- The price includes 3 training days.
-You will need a transient food license which requires a food safety manager certificate.
- I should have a spot reserved at Viroqua Farmers Market.
They aren't always great at communicating back.
