This just might be my favorite dish of all time! Tikka "Taco" from Fast and Curryous and they are teaching this class at White Bluffs Brewing later this month! I got my ticket and I can't wait to learn how to make these.

Plus - at the end of class, you get to enjoy your tacos with a White Bluffs beer, and it's time I start branching out and learning more about our local breweries. I can't think of any better way!

We're less than 2 weeks away from the Fast and Curryous Tikka Taco class! Join us for an interactive hands-on experience where you are shown how to make one of their most popular fusion dishes. These “tacos” were developed by Kavita & David using Indian spices and flavors and have been a staple on their food truck menu since they first opened.

In this class at White Bluffs Brewing, they will take you through the steps of preparing the proteins (chicken, lamb, shrimp and paneer), the toppings (chutneys, pickles, and sauce) and assembling the final product. At the end of the class you will get to enjoy your tacos with a delicious White Bluffs beer of your choice!

After what must have been a terrifying journey, this White Bluffs keg cap was recently discovered by one of our beertenders.

The poor soul was found wandering the West Richland Yoke's parking lot, confused, disoriented, and approximately 1/8" thick.

Based on witness statements and a thorough investigation, we believe it escaped from James's delivery van during a 4-pack delivery. Authorities say it has likely been run over repeatedly.

Please keep James in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Good news everyone! Porky's Smoked Chicken & Ribs will be pulling up to the taproom this Thursday with their delicious, smoky meats! They've made a few stops with us on the weekends recently, but we're super excited for some of our weekday folks to get to try them out!!

The bad news is that Fast and Curryous won't be here this week...but they'll be back next Thursday for your regularly scheduled curry fix!

My 4 pack brings all the turtles to the yard 💃🐢

Seriously was not expecting to be swarmed by a pack of turtles while trying to get pics of our new cans, but I think it really speaks to the power of ✨NOG ✨
