Meet the COOKIE BUTTER STUFFED BISCOFF cookie!

Starting with my signature brown butter cookie base, I loaded it up with white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies, stuffed it with a gooey center of Biscoff cookie butter, and topped it with yet another Biscoff cookie… because there is no such thing as too much Biscoff.
