Something a little different came out of the bakery this week! 🍓🍉🫐

This one is definitely outside of my usual cakes, but I absolutely loved creating it! My customers needed a gluten-free option but still wanted something beautiful and special for their shower.

So instead of a traditional cake, we went with this gorgeous, all-fruit creation! Layers of fresh watermelon decorated with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, melon, and fresh mint. 🍃

Who says you need a traditional cake to have a beautiful centerpiece? Sometimes thinking outside the box makes for something extra special! ❤️

It’s snack time again in the bakery! 😋

Today I’ve been busy caramelizing onions for some focaccia and making fresh, hot English muffins straight off the griddle! And of course, I had to put the two together for a little snack! 🤤

The problem is, I can’t keep having snack time around here because I’ve got a dress to fit into next weekend for my son’s wedding! 😂👗
