Bierstacheln is the German tradition of poking b**r with a red-hot metal rod. It caramelizes residual sugars, creating toasty, marshmallow-like flavors and warm, creamy foam while your b**r stays cold. Think hot fudge on ice cream. 🤯

🐿️ Baby Robot Squirrel 🐿️

This is a smaller version of our robot squirrel IPA. Our soft hazy IPA base hopped a NZ hop blend and dash of Citra and Mosaic. There are some Peacharine hops in the blend! By the way, Peacharine are a variety of NZ hop we use. NOT A FRUIT WE ADD.
