Since National Raspberry Cake Day is all about sweet raspberry flavors, a cocktail inspired by raspberry cake is a fun way to celebrate.

🍰 Raspberry Cake Martini

Ingredients:
1½ oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
1 oz RumChata
½ oz heavy cream (optional for extra richness)

Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish:
Fresh raspberries
Graham cracker or vanilla cookie rim
White chocolate shavings.
