Cheers to our Assistant Winemaker, Kylie Rhodes 🥂 who has been working closely with Stephen to monitor the vineyard and craft our Estate Grown Wines. The vines are currently "bleeding" - beginning to come out of dormancy and soak up their nutrients. Kylie's been experimenting with an Orange Viognier, fermented like a red wine 🍇 the skins, seeds and stems all contribute to the fermentation leading to a more prominent tannic structure, brighter color and outstanding aromatics. Keep an eye out for the release!
