The customer called us with concerns about water leaking into the finished basement when the kitchen sink was used. Rising Tides Plumbing diagnosed the issue was the old galvanized sink drain that was leaking in several locations. Rising Tides Plumbing strategically opened the wall to gain access and replace it with new pvc drain, and made sure everything was code compliant and leak free when we were done!
Rising Tides Plumbing was called to this home for water pressure issues. I diagnosed the bladder inside the well expansion tank had failed causing the well pump to short cycle on and off when was was running. This tank is a buffer that allows the well pump to turn off for a period of time instead of short cycling and burning out. I installed a new well expansion tank, and all additional components for proper operation. The customer now has consistent water without having to worry about burning out a new pump.
We received a call early Saturday morning from a customer in St Joseph MN for a leaking water heater. The customer chose to purchase their own water heater for replacement. We headed over right away to get rid of the old water heater, and install the new one they purchased. We installed a new cold water shutoff and tested to verify no leaks after it was complete.
Rising Tides Plumbing replaced this PVB for an irrigation system that was not properly winterized and has been leaking for a few years now. This backlog prevention device is essential to keeping the public drinking water system separate from the lawn irrigation system.
Rising Tides Plumbing was called to help this homeowner replace a leaking bathroom faucet. We replaced the old faucet and shutoff valves with new shutoffs they can trust and the new faucet the homeowner picked out and provided for replacement.
We replaced this old faucet with a new frostfree outside faucet. This was part of a whole home water repipe done by Rising Tides Plumbing on Browns lake MN.
This homeowner came up to the cabin for the weekend and found they had no water. Rising Tides Plumbing was able to diagnose several burst waterlines and broken solder connections throughout the home. Ultimately the homeowner decided to replace the old waterlines. We installed new waterlines throughout the home with new shutoff valves and appropriate size piping to each fixture. We were able to get this done the same day so the homeowner could still use the cabin for the weekend.
This homeowner called Rising Tides Plumbing for help with the old jet pump that was being used to water the lawn with lake water. It hadn't been run or used in over 10 years. We installed a new pump and expansion tank and hooked back up to the existing lake water screen. We primed the system and got it up and running just in time to start watering the lawn for summer!

This customer called Rising Tides Plumbing for help with their water treatment. We performed a field water test and found high levels of iron and hardness in the water. We gave upfront pricing with options to choose from to properly treat the water. The homeowner ultimate chose to have us install a whole home iron/sulfur filter and two tank water softener. After installation we performed another field water test to verify the home has clean appropriately treated water.

The customer called us to help install the Rheem water softener they had purchased. We performed a water test to verify it was adequate before installing. We programmed and tested before leaving for leak free peace of mind!
