Tonight we enjoyed my version of chicken pot pie. I make fresh biscuits instead if pie crust. Leftovers are easier for me this way.

Last night’s dinner. Some wild caught fish from our neighbor, a little plain Jasmin rice and a fresh salad. Simple and delicious.

Had some mushrooms and broccoli to use before heading out for a little fall break. Came up with a pretty tasty soup. Added a bit of sharp cheddar cheese and chicken stock, garlic and onion. Yum.
