Since our very beginning in 2010, Sausage Craft has always strived to be the sausage company with nothing to hide. We’ve taken great pride in producing great-tasting, clean-label meat products that you can feel good about sharing with your friends and family and have been humbled by the loyal support we have seen from our community in the Richmond, VA area and beyond.

It is with all of this in mind that I write to tell you that, effective mid-November, the Sausage Craft brand will be coming to an end. The past 11 years have been a dream come true for me, as one of the co-founders of the brand and the author of our recipes. To hear and see our customers enjoying the products that I have put my heart and soul into is one of the most gratifying experiences of my life; hearing stories about Sausage Craft sausages shared with friends around a campfire, used in family recipes, and sought after by out-of-town guests are some of my favorite moments from our amazing decade in the sausage business.

All things must pass, however, and Sausage Craft is no exception. I will be forever grateful for the support and enthusiasm you have shown our brand, and I look forward to serving you again in the future, in whatever capacity life has in store. In the meantime, I encourage you to check out the products from our friends and partners at North Country Smokehouse, who produce the best-smoked meat products on the market, using the same Certified Humane pork we have used at Sausage Craft for the past 10 years.

Heads up fellow link lovers. Kroger is switching things up a bit. Look for our sausages on the side shelves instead of the usual end case space we've been in for years. We're there - just playing a little hard to get. 😉

Attention Sausage Fans:
As they gear up for the Holidays, several Kroger stores in the Richmond area have rearranged their meat departments, and moved your favorite Sausage Craft products out of their usual spots. If you can't find something where it usually is, please ask a Kroger meat department employee. We are working hard to fill all our stores with delicious sausages for your holiday tables!

The Fancy Biscuit was playing around with our Chorizo and came up with something that sounds fantastic: chorizo sausage biscuit with salsa verde, queso blanco, and a fried egg. It looks great, look for it on their menu soon!

Just updated the map of our retailers to include some new Kroger stores, as well as the Wegmans in Midlothian. Check back often, as more and more retailers are realizing that their customers can't get enough of our products.

We were honored to be invited to Blair House in Washington, DC last night. The official guest house of the President, Blair House has started using Sausage Craft products in the meals it feeds to its very important guests. Chris had a great time talking with guests and working with Chefs James and Chef Chris.

We are OPEN regular hours ALL Memorial Day weekend and we are fully stocked for all your festivites! We have hot dogs from Sausage Craft and Polyface Farm; grass-fed beef, beers, ciders (I recommend the Grapefruit Hibiscus from Potter's Craft Cider. Yum!); ice cream, blueberries from Agriberry CSA and Farm; charcoal, veggies for the grill (including Florida corn!); chips and more chips! Stop by and see us and make this Memorial Day the best!
