t. At Lower Foods, we offer a full range of traditional Premium beef, pork, and poultry foodservice and retail deli items. To provide the highest quality to our customers, our entire facility and all products are Allergen, Gluten, and MSG Free. All items are reduced or low sodium. Most of our open roasted items are trimmed to 96- 97% Fat Free. All smoked pastramis, hams, and BBQ items are naturally hardwood smoked, no liquid smoke added. We open oven roast all our main line products for old fashioned flavor and appearance. Our Double L Ranch All Natural® items have never been treated with antibiotics or given growth hormones. They are naturally processed with only the finest natural ingredients. This is the highest quality premium line of products you can serve with confidence. Since 2006, we have been a Certified Angus Beef Brand® Processor. Working with Certified Angus Beef Brand raw materials we are able to offer a wide variety of the finest Angus beef products. We produce sliced & shredded beef, pork and poultry items for retail and foodservice. A growing category is our Carne Azteca® line of beef and pork products, including clean label beef taco meat. Our Rockin’ L Smoky BBQ® line features beef and pork items slowly and naturally hardwood smoked and flame seared BBQ items. With Rockin’ L we smoke it slow so you can serve it fast! Lower Foods operates with full time USDA Federal Inspection. We pack private label and control label for companies such as, Sysco, Kroger, Associated Food Stores, Cloverdale Meats, and others. Our plant is audited and inspected by independent auditors. We are a GFSI/SQF certified facility. Lower Foods products are all quality oriented and use only the finest raw materials. Our traditional recipes and careful workmanship guarantee repeat sales. These are truly consistent quality products you can be proud to provide to your customers. Lower Foods is a very green company, operating our own water treatment facility for recycling our processing water and separating the solids. The water is then used for irrigation by local farmers and the solids are passed to farmers to be used in fertilizer. All items that can be recycled are, in keeping with our sustainability plans. Crispy buttery baguette, whipped herb ricotta, and Lower Family Food’s Hardwood Smoked Chopped Beef Brisket. The easiest way to turn our brisket into the star of the snack table.

Here's how to make it:
• Heat the Lower Family Food’s Hardwood Smoked Chopped Beef Brisket according to package instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
• Arrange the baguette slices on the baking sheet and toast for 6–8 minutes, or until golden and crisp
• In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper
• Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each toasted baguette slice
• Top with warm chopped brisket and serve

The lunchbox just got a little more fun. 🥪✨

Alexis and Wynnie are whipping up Reuben Sliders for Wynnie’s lunchbox using Lower Family Foods Artisan CAB® Prime Oven Roasted Corned Beef and Artisan Swiss Cheese. Made with clean ingredients and safe for the whole family (and some lucky classmates if Wynnie decides to share🙂).

Here's how to make them:
• Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil
• Mix mayonnaise and ketchup; set aside
• Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and spread the mayo mixture over the bottom layer
• Place two quartered slices of Lower Family Foods Swiss Cheese on each roll
• Divide Lower Family Foods Corned Beef evenly among the rolls
• Top each slider with two dill pickle slices
• Replace the top layer of buns
• Mix melted butter, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Brush generously over the tops of the buns
• Cover with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted
• Optional: Broil uncovered for 2–3 minutes, until the tops are golden brown

Back-to-school means it's time for quick, delicious lunches the whole family can feel good about. 🎒👨‍🍳

In this week's Tiny Helpers episode, Jasmine and her son Damien are making a simple Mojo Pork Quesadilla with Lower Family Foods Mojo Pork Loin and Colby Jack cheese. It's cheesy, flavorful, kid-approved, and easy enough to make together on even the busiest school mornings.

What makes it even better? You can feel confident serving it to your family. Our Mojo Pork Loin is made with clean, simple ingredients—no MSG, no artificial ingredients, and no fillers or binders. Just high-quality, fully cooked pork that's ready to eat, giving busy parents a lunch option that's both convenient and wholesome.

Here's how to make it:
• Thinly slice or chop the Lower Family Foods Mojo Pork Loin
• Over medium heat, melt half the butter in a large skillet
• Add sliced onions and mushrooms and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove to a bowl.
• Add the remaining butter to the same skillet. Once melted, place a tortilla in the pan.
• Sprinkle half the Colby Jack cheese over one half of the tortilla.
• Add a layer of sliced Mojo Pork Loin.
• Spoon on the sautéed mushrooms and onions.
• Top with the remaining cheese.
• Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
