Food & Shelter: Hang homemade treats like peanut butter-covered pinecones rolled in birdseed, or string grapes and apple slices onto the branches.
Safety: Ensure the tree is natural and remove all lights and tinsel.
Decomposition: As the tree breaks down, it enriches the soil and provides habitat for insects, creating a full-cycle benefit.
