Wow!!! Now that's something!!!

A family stands before a 1,341-year-old Sequoia tree known as "Mark Twain," which was cut down in 1892 in the Pacific Northwest. The tree, towering at 331 feet (100 meters) in height, was brought down by a pair of men who worked for 13 days to saw it.

I know I’m more expensive than most.

That’s because I put more back breaking labor and attention to detail in.

When I go to restaurants nothing gets broken.

Everything gets delivered.

It’s stacked nice and neat so it’s not a fall hazard.

And if I miss one of the above details which does happen rarely I fix it.

I’ve gone back and rebuilt whole stacks.

I’ve gone out of my way to deliver the few sticks we were short.

I have even swapped entire loads.

We bear the burden of responsibility for the product and the service.

For them that looks like more consistent product.

Less waste of food and wood in the kitchen.

They are more educated on what they are using.

No work place accidents due to poor stacking.
