This year’s first day of school pic looks a little different because HE’S DRIVING! 😳❤️🥰😍 and in his hand is his hip pack for WORK. It’s a strange sensation, but I love seeing this growth. When I look back to where life was when he first went to school, it feels like we were on the other side of the Sahara dessert and were traveling on foot and now our passage is smooth and steady, we’re strong, and we only look forward. Super proud of this young man. He is a testament to faith, love, and commitment. If you’re traveling uphill, keep going. An exceptional human like this one might be what awaits you at the top ❤️

We’ve been working with for years as both a supplier of our lentils (many of you have probably had a bag with your orders) and as one of her customers enjoying what she prepares. We sprinkled on some of our lentils to this week’s quinoa cacciatore and it was fabulous! Going to do the same with the kale salad. We love it when good food and relationships go hand in hand. ❤️

A favorite pic reminding me of the journey. This young man is now about 6’2” and crushing life. Pro-Chi was just an idea then and I was experimenting with the concept of making crunchy lentils. We’ve learned from all the meandering roads, challenges, and changes and become better for them. How has change brought you closer to your true self?
